In a digital-free and peaceful environment, true to the Scandinave Spa philosophy , the session is completed with a group meditation that takes you from the physical effects of immersion to a mindful, balanced state of mind.

The 30-minute sessions will be held every Friday until June 2025. There will be no sessions on Friday December 27, 2024.
