Thermal Journey Access
- Guests can reserve up to Four (4) weeks in advance.
- Check-in time is guaranteed with a reservation.
- New daily availability opens overnight.
- Guests can walk-up to check-in, if there is availability.
- A Wait List will open on sold-out days. Sign-up here.
- Tip: Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee check-in, especially on weekends and holidays. Plan to book popular days of the week, including Christmas break & winter weekends, well in advance.
Massage Treatments
Registered Massage:
- Guests can reserve up to Four (4) months in advance.
- New reservations open daily by 9am.
- Massage bookings include Thermal Journey access as part of the treatment plan & a robe rental.
- Guests can submit their receipt for health benefit reimbursement.
- Note: A separate reservation for the Thermal Journey is not required. Depending on the massage time, guests can access the Spa amenities before or after their treatment.
Relaxation Massage:
- Guests can book up to Four (4) months in advance.
- New reservations open daily by 9am.
- Massage bookings include Thermal Journey access as part of the treatment plan & a robe rental.
- Relaxation massages are not covered by health benefits.
