As mountaineers, we push our bodies and minds to the limit. Heat therapy, especially when combined with cold therapy, aids recovery by improving circulation, strengthening muscles and joints, and increasing flexibility. Mentally, it acts as a decompressor, allowing me to slow down, release stress and clear my mind.
